1. Acceptance of Terms

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) 888lucky account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by 888lucky.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. Any changes to your personal details must be promptly updated through your account settings or by contacting 888lucky customer support.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 888lucky is required by law to verify the identity of all registered players. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

888lucky supports deposits and withdrawals through various payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits: All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your 888lucky account balance immediately upon confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes for e-wallet transactions (GCash, PayMaya) and within 24 hours for bank transfers. 888lucky reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Payment Method Ownership: You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Limitation of Liability

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
